I know it’s easy to say, “I’ll eat at lunch” or to grab the quickest and closest thing in the fridge (such as the last piece of devil’s food cake that’s teasing you).

But your breakfast (and your waistline) does not need to suffer.

This easy strawberry banana smoothie recipe can be made in under 1 minute and is super easy to put together.

Feel free to add your favorite fruit, or if you feel like a strawberry smoothie, consider leaving the bananas out this time.

1 Minute Easy Strawberry Banana Smoothie

Ingredients Needed:

  • 1 banana, cut in half or thirds (depending on your preference).
  • 3 – 5 strawberries, cut in half or fourths
  • 1 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 1/2 cup whole milk

Instructions:

  • Peel the banana skin off the fruit and place in the garbage. Set the banana on a clean surface while you do this.
  • Cut the banana in half or in thirds and place in the blender.
  • Choose 3 – 5 strawberries you’d like to put in your smoothie and place on a clean surface.
  • Cut the green tops off the strawberries. Then cut the strawberries in half or fourths depending on the size of the strawberry. (For larger strawberries I like to cut mine into fourths to help with better and easier blending). Place in the blender.
  • Pour the vanilla yogurt and milk into the blender.
  • Secure your blender lid and turn on low for 30 seconds.

    Pour into a large glass, drink, and enjoy.

Ingredients
  • 1 large banana
  • 3 strawberries
