This easy Doritos chicken recipe is perfect for game night (or crazy nights) at home. With only 3 ingredients this easy chicken recipe will please even the picky eaters in your home.
The Doritos chicken recipe I’ll be sharing today is a no-fuss no-mess kind of meal (which is perfect for a game night…or truthfully, any night where your house is running a bit on the crazy side).
I know some of you might be reading and thinking, “Well, there are tons of Doritos chicken recipes out there. What makes your recipe so special?”
This recipe has NO eggs and only requires 3 ingredients, which means very little mess.
Seriously, friends, this is the easiest chicken recipe you will come across that is bursting with flavor. And that’s not even close to being the best part.
The best part is mothers with super picky eaters…these kids (or their husbands) will be meeting their match in this meal. And I say this only because my picky eaters ate the entire pan and wanted me to cook more. (They were actually upset when we didn’t have any chicken left!)
For those who just want the recipe, please feel free to scroll down to the bottom of the page (which isn’t very far), otherwise stick around and enjoy these step-by-step instructions.

3 Ingredient Easy Doritos Chicken Recipe
Ingredients:
- 2 lbs chicken breasts cut into bite-size pieces (I use 1 chicken breast, which tends to make between 12 – 16 pieces pending on the size.)
- 1 cup mayo
- Doritos
Instructions:
Cut the chicken breast into bite-size pieces (the image shown above the pieces are about 1.5 inches by 2 inches. Please note some pieces are bigger where others are a bit smaller.)
Place the mayo in a medium-sized bowl and stir the chicken pieces into the bowl until each piece of chicken is properly coated and covered with mayo.
In a sealable baggie place as many Doritos as you can fit and use a rolling pin to smash the chips into crumbs. (If you have children who love to cook in the kitchen then this is the PERFECT job for them.) Also, you’ll definitely want to make sure your baggie is sealable so you don’t have more of a mess to clean up.
Preheat the oven to 375 F and place a sheet of wax paper on the baking sheet.
Using some tongs (so you don’t have to use your fingers) place a few pieces of chicken in the bag of crushed Doritos and coat.
Remove the chicken pieces and place on the wax paper.
Once the baking sheet is covered, place in the oven and cook for 15 minutes.
Remove from the oven and eat as is or serve with some ranch dressing and a small salad.
Seriously, friends, this will become your easy Doritos chicken recipe for game night and crazy nights. I hope you enjoy eating this recipe as much as my family and I did.
