There are a few things you’ll always find in my kitchen pantry: chocolate and loads of peanut butter.

(And truthfully, who wouldn’t want these things in their kitchen cupboard? Yummy!)

Easy Peanut Butter Fudge Recipe

One of the best things I love about cooking with peanut butter is the creamy taste that bursts in your mouth with each bite, especially with the easy peanut butter fudge recipe I’m going to be sharing with you today.

This is one recipe that you don’t want to stop eating because it’s so good! And you can feel less guilty about eating this fudge because of all the protein you’re giving yourself with every bite.

Before I go into the recipe, I want to share some quick time-saving tips with you. They will make your fudge making experience so much easier, and way more enjoyable.

Time-Saving Tips for Fudge:

  1. Use a sheet of aluminum foil and fold to make four walls (with sharp corners). This will be key to holding your fudge in place so your yummy dessert can set-up properly. This also makes for really easy clean up after cutting the fudge.
  2. And speaking of cutting the fudge, for easy fudge cutting and less-mess-less-stress time, use a pizza cutter roller for crisp edges and easy cutting. Your hand and wrist will thank you.

Okay, now on to the recipe…

Ingredients Needed:

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 2 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 1/2 cups confectioners’ sugar

Instructions:

Prepare the aluminum foil wall on top of a cooking sheet to easily secure the fudge after the peanut butter is done cooking. Then set this aside for the time being.
