Easy Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Bread

Ingredients Needed For Pumpkin Bread:

  • 3 cups flour
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 3 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 – 15 ounce can pumpkin puree
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 1 – 2 cups chocolate chips (depending on how chocolaty you love your pumpkin bread)

Instructions:

In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, cinnamon, baking soda, salt, and vegetable oil and mix together.

Add the eggs and pumpkin puree and continue mixing.

Add 1 – 2 cups of chocolate chips and continue stirring until the chips are folding into the batter.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees (F) and grease two 9×5-inch loaf pans. Evenly divide the batter between the two pans.

Bake for 1 hour, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the bread comes out clean. Allow the bread to cool for 30 minutes in their pans.

Once the bread is cooled, remove from their pans and place on a wire rack.

You can easily secure these pieces of bread in a sealable freezer baggie to enjoy later in the month.
