When was the last time you didn’t feel anxious? The last time you didn’t worry or stress?

I remember starting to worry as a kid. And eventually, this led to some high-stress anxiety later in my life.

Part of me felt “in control” when I worried about my situations. I would use this to fuel my desire to provide a change in my life and my family’s life.

But I burnt myself out, badly.

I knew I couldn’t do this on my own. I can’t control life, my anxiety, or the hard times that come for each one of us.

But I could control the faith I gave over to the Lord.

Today, I want to share with you some of my favorite Bible verses to help you take control of your anxiety, stress, and fear, and to help you remember to fill your heart with peace.

If a woman as stubborn as me can turn my anxiety and stress over to the Lord, then I know you can do the same.
